Program Coordinator Job Description
- Assist with planning and coordination of programs and their activities.
- Monitor implementation of program policies and practices.
- Coordinate to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets, and functioning smoothly.
- Support program growth and development as necessary.
Education
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in special education, applied behavior analysis or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or any Education related field or foreign equivalent
Experience
- 24 months of experience on the job or working with children with disabilities
Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Technician
Provide one-on-one care to child with autism spectrum disorders. The respite care technician provides direct care when the child’s primary caregiver is not available. Respite care may include assistance with activities of daily living.
Experience
- At least one year of experience with individuals living with disabilities, or
- One hundred hours of volunteer experience working with individuals with disabilities
Education
- High School Diploma/GED
- College Degree
Certifications and Licenses added value licenses ex. First Aid, CPR, Med. Tech, etc.

- A clear background check (Federal & State) for Childcare within the last 365 Days
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

IISS Job Description
- IISS Implement goal-directed and task-oriented interventions
- Assist, support and instruct individuals in self-help skills designed to encourage independence
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living including grooming, toileting etc.
- Provide transportation and accompany the individual to non-medical services
- Provide documentation of care provided, activities performed for each goal area using the daily contact log
